La Crepe Parisienne was created and developed by three Mexican brothers after living in Paris. The first unit opened in Mexico City on April 19th, 1996. Initially, the brand operated in small carts, but as sales grew, La Crepe Parisienne chose to change its model to kiosks and stores that could accommodate a larger demand.

Today, La Crepe Parisienne operates in several locations in Mexico and recently opened in New York City under the brand ‘La Crêpe’.
